PROJECT COORDINATOR (0 TO 5 YEARS OFFICE EXPERIENCE)
BRW Architects | San Francisco

Provide team based support on several institutional projects; daily responsible for documentation, coordination with consultants and support the team through schematic design, design development, construction documentation and support of construction administration processes.

The Project Coordinator position will assist in all aspects of the design and construction process of a building project. Candidate will have demonstrated experience keeping projects on track and within deadlines. Strong problem solving, design sensibility, and comfortable handling multiple projects are necessary qualities. Daily responsibilities will include design development documents, assisting in producing construction documents, project coordination with consultants and assistance in construction administration. The successful candidate will be energetic, have a keen eye for detail, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to accept ownership for the diverse range of duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture from an accredited program is required, Masters of Architecture from an accredited program is preferred
  • Previous experience coordinating projects of various scales and budgets
  • Quality communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in AutoCAD, Revit Autodesk Architecture is required
  • Some experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite is preferred
  • Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be self motivated, and have the ability to achieve goals and deadlines
  • Knowledge and/or experience with LEED Certification process and procedures is a plus
