Anna Win is a Principal with RRM Design Group, a multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering firm headquartered in San Luis Obispo. She has over 35 years of design, construction and project management experience across a wide range of project types. As the firm's Education practice leader, Anna focuses on implementing sustainable and enduring design principles into school facilities design that promote well-being for teachers and students alike. Extending her passion for education, Anna is a board member with The Alliance, a foundation supporting interdisciplinary leadership through grants for Cal Poly CAED student projects, and she is a mentor with the ACE Mentor Program to inspire high school students to become the next generation of architecture, construction and engineering professionals.
