Frank Seiple grew up in Southern California and earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Cal Poly in 1979, joining the local firm Sullivan Farbstein Associates while in school. In 1987 he and Bruce Fraser, AIA, established Fraser Seiple Architects. They count among their most satisfying projects the San Luis Obispo City-County Library, the New County Government Center (with KMD San Francisco), San Luis Obispo’s first two parking structures, the Paso Robles Superior Court, Dolphin Bay Resort and Spa, the Morro Bay Fire Station, and several multi-family housing projects and private residences. Frank enjoys the collaborative nature of architectural practice and the lasting relationships he’s established with both clients and professional colleagues.
